The newly renovated gallery in Milan
“The newly refurbished Moshe Tabibnia Gallery was unveiled on April 7th, after completion of the works undertaken to realize the restyling designed by architects Franco and Andrea Gerosa. [...] Research activities will continue to be carried out in the renovated facilities as well as editorial projects. Moreover, temporary exhibitions will be set up, starting from next autumn, in the renewed showrooms. The forthcoming exhibition will showcase a number of treasures of the Gallery’s collection: a sixteenth-century ‘Lotto’, a Polonaise dating back to the first quarter of the seventeenth century and formerly belonging to the Rockfeller collection, a ‘Para Mamluk’ carpet, a sixteenth-century Ushak star carpet from the Hapsburg collection, Transylvanian rugs, prestigious Caucasian carpets and some other outstanding pieces [...]”.
